  • I have forgotten my luggage /an object while travelling with le Bus Direct

    Fill in the contact form on our website (“Contact us” page) to provide us with the information required to find your luggage. We will get back to you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

  • I cannot found the route map, schedules, journey time …

    You can find all the practical information concerning your journey in the “Routes and schedules” section. Feel free to use our search engine!

  • Is my transport with le Bus Direct included in the price of my Air France flight ticket?

    We cannot verify the services included in your fare but you can directly contact an Air France representative on 3654 (€0.34 /min, 7d/7 from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm), to know if your transport is included in your trip.

  • I have not received the order confirmation email.

    Please wait for a few more minutes for if to reach you. If you still have not received your email confirmation, please go to the “Order status” / “Your orders” section and enter your order reference and e-mail address. You can then access and print your e-ticket.  If you cannot find your order reference, send us an e-mail by filling out the form in the “Contact us” section. We will then verify if your order has been recorded in our system.

  • I need an invoice

    A payment receipt in PDF format, stating the VAT, has been e-mailed to you along with your ticket.

  • I would like to cancel/get a refund for my order

    Our tickets are neither refundable nor cancellable, as stipulated in our general terms of service.

  • My name appears on all the tickets I bought but I have others travelling with me too.

    Tickets are not name-specific. The name that appears on the tickets is the name of the person who buys them. We confirm the validity of your ticket by scanning the barcode when you board the shuttle.

  • What is the duration of validity for the tickets bought online?

    Tickets bought online are valid for one year after being issued.

  • I made a mistake while entering the direction of my travel during my online purchase

    Don’t worry! The tickets are valid for both directions for a one-way trip and for one direction and its opposite direction for a round trip.

  • I want to buy a group ticket but I don’t know if it is a one-way ticket or a round trip ticket

    The group tickets are only one-way tickets. If you want a round trip, you have to buy two group tickets.
